This event has been postponed.....

A waypoint is an intermediate point or place on a route or line of travel, a stopping point or point at which course is changed.

And this, my fellow dirt bikers , is the foundation of the Oxtrails Jiga Jiga puza challenge. An event focused on a few GPS Waypoints , adventure and just maybe a few beers....

In teams of two riders you will be required to head off into the Swaziland hills on your enduro bike to retrieve a token via 2 waypoints ( not tracks ). Garmin Etrex 10 GPS units must be used , if you don't have one , we will have a few to rent out.

Once back at base camp you will take a break whilst kitting up into your MTB gear. When you are ready you will be given your first waypoint. And off you go again on your quest to retrieve the MTB token from somewhere in the hills and return to basecamp....Distance will be approximately 25 kms

There will be NO support out on the route so make sure you do not  ride down a mountain gorge that you cant get back out off ...

All teams GPS track logs will be down loaded as you return back to basecamp so any cheating/ reckless riding will be on record ..

Now here is where it get really interesting ...

You will now be required to complete 5 small skills challenges, could be to change a moose ,  complete a brain teaser or do a few burpees , who knows ??

You have a choice 1) complete the task or 2 ) quench your thirst with an ice cold Sibebe at each station and wait out your time penalty of a few minutes.....

The winning team will be chosen in a lucky draw out of the teams that finish the event before the allotted time . Somewhere around 5 or 6 hours ...

The event will take place in Swaziland on the 2nd of February 2019 , we will start the proceedings sometime in the morning , could be at sunrise , could be at 8 am , who knows ??? it will end sometime during that day .....
