Dual Sport tours
These trips involve riding from Johannesburg on a mix of tar and dirt roads to a destination about 400 kms away. We either camp or stay at a lodge. A support vehicle is some times employed to carry the kit, to allow maximum freedom when riding. We normally leave early on Friday am from Midrand (central to JHB and PTA) and have lunch at the half way mark. The evenings are spent round the fire discussing the awesome scenery, and thrills of the days riding. The following day we leave on a 400 km loop back to the lodge, exploring the areas in the vicinity. Sunday is spent winding our way back to home. We also do self sufficient trips, in the true spirit of adventure, where no back up vehicle is used. We carry all our camping equipment, and stay in remote areas of the wilderness. As above the costs fro these trips will generally cover all accommodation and meals.
